WHO WE ARE

WHAT WE STORE

• · Your name and how you want us to contact you.
• · Your sign-in: Telegram or Google account ID and display name, or your email and a hashed password. We never see your Telegram or Google password.
• · Phone and birthday, only if you add them in your profile.
• · Delivery addresses: the map pin, the address it resolves to and your landmark note.
• · Your orders and your club history: points, tier and strain passport.
• · Whether you allowed club messages in Telegram and club news on your Wallet card, and the club messages we sent you.

WHY

• · To take and deliver your orders and tell you about their status.
• · To keep you signed in and run the CHILLIUM Club.

WHO ELSE IS INVOLVED

• · Telegram or Google, when you choose to sign in with them.
• · Google Maps, to turn your map pin into a street address.
• · Our Telegram bot, to send you order updates if you signed in with Telegram, and club messages if you turned them on.
• · Our shop register (Loyverse). It keeps your club card: name, phone, card number and points.
• · Apple, if you add the club card to Apple Wallet: your phone asks our server for card updates. Points, level and club news come to the card; you can turn the news off in your club account.

COOKIES AND THIS DEVICE

• · A sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 90 days.
• · A cart cookie for guests, kept for 30 days.
• · Your browser remembers how you signed in last time and your name, so the next sign-in takes one tap. No passwords or keys are stored there. "Log out and forget this device" in your profile clears it.
• · The site language (a cookie kept for a year) and your age and terms confirmation (kept in this browser). There are no analytics or advertising cookies.

YOUR DATA, YOUR CHOICE

• · Download everything we store about you: Profile → Download my data.
• · Delete your account in the same place. Your name, contacts, addresses, sign-in methods and sessions are removed. Orders stay in our records without your personal details, because we need them for accounting.
• · If an order is still in progress, wait until it is completed or cancel it, then delete the account.
• · Or write to @chillium_th and we will do it for you.
